LOVE this blanket! Super easy to memorize and great to knit up. I was never bored with it!

Tips

Cast-On I cast-on 158 stitches with long-tail cast-on to make it exactly between the small and medium sizes. A bit of math and I now have my new instructions for starting the blanket.

Border I decided to do a seed stitch border on this. I feel it compliments the pattern.

Cast-Off I used the stretchy cast-off method which worked nicely.

Final Measurements: 28x 34 A nice stroller sized baby blanket! I used 3 skeins total to knit this. In the future with this yarn I would definitely do the larger size, after all it is a lighter weight yarn and ends up a little smaller than expected.

Yarn Opinion: This could very well be my new go to yarn. It’s lovely, has an excellent hand feel, super soft and not itchy at all, has amazing drape, stunning colors, washes great, and only gets softer! It is a great alternative to Tosh Pashmina.

I forget the exact date I finished this (sometime in January) But I have to say I’m in love with this blanket! The pattern is super easy to memorize and is great for knitting while catching up on those TV shows you’ve been missing out on.

12-2-15 I’m thrilled to be starting this one for my cousins little one to be. He is due in April so I have to get booking on this blanket.

This seemed to me the perfect marriage of yarn and pattern, I can’t wait to see how it turns out!
