As always for lace patterns, I do and redo the beginning until I get the rhythm! Also, some interruption of focus as we got ready to hit the road. Finally under way, both with knitting and our vacation!

I didn’t keep good notes last time and I gave that sweater away so I can’t remember whether I lengthened the sweater. Going to do that for sure this time.

I frogged after rethinking my size choice!

Have decided to lengthen by 16 rows (two lace repeats). To distribute the 4 side increases evenly on a longer body, I’ll increase every 16 rows instead of every 12. (It will also be easier to remember: every two lace repeats!)

Limping along a little on this one, but finally finished with everything but the collar and sewing up. Initial try-on looks promising, bet it will be great after blocking! Of course summer is over so a cotton-linen lace sweater will have to wait, I guess.

Spring is coming, had to finish up! Looks good, hav3mt tried it on after blocking yet (still damp).
