Explanation of how project fits the prompt:
Dear Professors,
In my attempt to create a small, shiney, distraction-worthy hat I have faltered by being too indecisive in bead colors and my project is being submitted for only partial credit. This hat is made to fit a toddler and since it uses fingering-weight yarns it is easily tucked into a pocket. It also features many sparkling beads in a pleasant pattern that draws the eye directly to the hat instead of towards any magical beasts that may be lurking nearby. (Perfect for distracting muggles!)
