Explanation of how project fits the prompt:

Esteemed representatives of the ICWQC,

I have crafted a wonderful new way to protect players heads while playing and practicing Quidditch, a magical Chameleon Helm. Though this particular example is obviously the fish-themed version, the Chameleon Helm is designed to confuse the bludgers by the use of a stuffed animal attached to the wearer’s head. This stuffed animal is then enchanted to seem very life-like and therefore un-interesting to a bludger that is searching out witches and wizards. The hat-portion of the Helm is extra squishy, which provides some extra protection should the bludger make contact.

These helms are available in many sizes as well, from the tiniest broom riders all the way up to half-giant so every player can go into the game knowing that they will emerge with their head firmly on their shoulders (and un-dented). Currently, there are at least 26 types of animals that have been enchanted to work with these helms and we are in the process of creating more so each player can have the camouflage menagerie of their dreams.

Thank you for your time and consideration,
Shaina ^_^
