I was originally knitting this as a wedding present for my sister who’s getting married in July 2011. As I worked on it, though, I slowly realized that it didn’t fit her look very well. So, tada! Another present for my mom!

I was a little optimistic about my gauge and ended up with a blanket over 7’ across, so I sadly had to cut out the “cedars” portion of “Snowflakes in Cedarwoods.”
