Another fabulous All Shawl by Doris Chan. Love this pattern.

This time, I made the long version as written, no mods. I ran out of the third skein of yarn with 2 picots left! Fortunately, I had more, but you know, that was just one more end to weave in. I suppose if I hadn’t had the extra ball, I could have used a smaller hook for the last row. With this yarn, it probably would not have been noticeable.

So, the question is, what yarn will I use next? I have some fingering weight that needs attention…

It was hard to capture the loveliness of this yarn which is a blend of mohair and a shiny nylon plied together with some acrylic.
