This was a fun and quick knit. I liked seeing how the fabric was created and how fun it looks and feels when completed.

I cast-on for the larger cowl, but used smaller needles, so it falls in between the sizes as outlined in the pattern. And because my gauge is a bit off, I did 6 full repeats of the pattern to make it a little taller. It is quite comfortable around the neck, and can be folded down to be a double layer.

The recipient will love this.
