Using some mismatched green buttons I found at the Yarn Seller in Kittery, ME, which is where I bought the New England Knits book while on vacation last year. They’re different shades of green to represent the changing shades of green as it fades and changes into orange, gold, and ruby.

Added 2 extra pattern repeats for a longer scarf.
Total 278 cast on.

Swatched with the 7 needle and didn’t like it. It was a bit too airy. Size 6 looks good for this yarn.
