Decided to forgo the elbow patches, since they were going to be so tiny anyway, but did whip up the little pockets (what will the baby put in there? Who knows.) for the sake of cuteness.

The buttons are bamboo, with a little chicken engraved on each one. Just enough to lighten up the overall cardigan, though really, I was very tempted to go with leather (or leather-look) buttons.
