I’ve followed no pattern, just making it up as I go along from a diagram I sketched from a few anatomical heart illustrations. 4 colors of chunky yarn, on size 7 DPN. I knit the body of the heart from the bottom up and totally eyeballed it. I knitted the arches and arteries separately, stuffed them and tacked them on, and chain stitched the veins on at the end.
