Book colors, year 3 pattern of stripes. No official, written pattern. It’s in the round on size 7 DPN, and I’m just doing 20 rows navy, 3 rows russett, 3 rows navy, 3 rows russett with jogless stripes until it gets long enough, then I’ll close the tube with tassels.

I think the photos make it look kind of purplish, but the blue is a very true navy and the russett a clear bronzy color, not orange.

I frogged this completely a few months ago, since I realized that this was going to be an enormous and unwearably thick scarf, so back to the beginning for a more reasonable size.

I restarted this several months ago, as 1/1 ribbing on regular US 7 needles. 27 rows blue, 2 rows bronze, 4 rows blue, 2 rows bronze.

The navy yarn was discontinued during this project, which pretty much dictated the maximal length.
