Notes

Knitting on my Addi 8” circs.

Mods:

  • Did a regular long tail cast on #2 needle, switched to #0 needles, and joined in the round.
  • Skipping the purl seam - just knit the stitch instead.
  • 2 pattern repeats before gusset increases instead of 3 repeats.
  • Did a regular bind off in pattern, with a #2 needle.
  • Using a smaller needle (US 1.5) for the main pattern since I have x-small hands and wrists.
  • I used a snug backwards loop cast on for the increases. It seemed to work just fine.

Started first glove Feb 6. Finished first glove Feb 13.

It’s official - I’m no longer intimidated by colorwork. These were fun and reasonably quick to knit. I love them!
