This is my fourth time using this pattern but the first time I used it to make a pair of socks for myself! A woman’s sock works up much more quickly than a man’s sock with a foot length of 10”…

I used the German Twisted Cast On. This was my first time using it and I am very happy with the results.

The two balls of yarn started the stripe pattern in different places. I decided to go with it and I like the mismatched look.

I knit the pattern as written for the Women’s S except I knit the leg for 6” instead of 6.5” and I knit the foot for 7” instead of 6.5” for a total foot length of 9”.

Sock Measurements:

• Circumference: 7” (56 sts)
• Gusset Circumference: 8.75” (70 sts)
• Leg Length: 6”
• Heel Length: 2” (22 rows)
• Foot Length: 9”
• Heel to Toe: 7”
• Toe Length: 2” (22 rnds)

Foot Measurements:

• Foot Circumference: 9” (-2”)
• Ankle Circumference: 8” (-1”)
• Gusset Circumference: 10” (-1.25”)
• Foot Length: 9.5” (-0.5”)
