Tucker is about 26 months old in the photo (12/29/18).

I used size 6 DPNs for the rib and size 7 DPNs for the rest of the mitten.

Since my row gauge was off, I knit 2 rnds before increasing for thumb gusset instead of 1 rnd and knit 5 rnds before decreasing for the mitten top instead of 3 rnds.

For the cord I held two strands of yarn together and crocheted a chain 36” long instead of slip stitching back across the chain. (10 yds)
