-Work 53 rnds/4.25” even - 7” long
-Dec. every other rnd 13 times - 20 sts
-Ruffle: Pick up 136 sts, work as directed in pattern except work 7 rnds instead of 5 rnds

Heel Turn:
-Sl 1, p19, p2tog, p1, turn
-Sl 1, k7, ssk, k1, turn
-Continue until all sts are worked - 20 sts, 14 rows
