My head is all holey where I worked the increases and decreases. I originally knit the head using size 6 needles to avoid this, but it came out way too small.

I crocheted the eye spot instead of knitting it per the crochet version of this pattern.

I used fingering weight yarn for the embroidery instead of embroidery floss.
