Clayton is 13 months old in the photo (8/1/22).

I used a long tail cast on, started with a WS row, and worked 10 rows of rib instead of 9.

I cast off the back shoulder and neck sts all at once instead of shaping the shoulders.

I sewed the collar on before the sleeves because I thought it would be easier.

How to attach the shawl collar. I whipstitched the bottom collar layer to the back strand of the front neck BO and then attached the top collar layer using mattress stitch.

I used Jeny’s surprisingly stretchy bind off for the collar.
