22June2012 - Photos finally up. I have a pretty thick calf, and even with only casting on 60 sts, the pattern is plenty stretchy enough to fit around my calf/ankle no problem. I added my basic notes in below and knit the pattern as a typical cuff-down sock with heel flap and flat toe.

Notes:
CO 60
Heel Flap, 16 reps (slip stitch). K18, ssk, k1, turn. s1, p7, p2tog, p1, turn. 18 sts remain at end. Pick up 17.
Dec to 15 sts each instep needle.
End after row 10 on last rep. Dec for toe.
