Did the 1st (left) glove inside out and as a consequence the first row of the thumb, after picking up, was inside-out, so I had to re-do it. Came out fine the second time around, thanks to this great tutorial for the thumb: http://akittenknits.blogspot.com/2006/12/thumb-trick.html

2nd glove is coming out much better than the first.

I made some small mistakes in the first glove (there is 1 twisted stitch, an extra round in one of the cables, etc). Frogged the first glove, going at it again.

The finished result is ok, and I wear them sometimes, but I am dissatisfied with the thumbs. Despite following all the tips and tricks to pick up extra stitches and knit them together to avoid holes, there are still small-ish holes where the thumb meets the glove. Next time, I want thumbs with gussets.
