Pretty much started ignoring pattern which rarely turns out well.

Broken rib hem, 8.5” for body, BO 6 under each arm. Separated front and back.

Knit up to 12” from hem. (Decreasing at armholes to 80 sts total)

K30, BO 20, K30

K 28 rows total each side of front. (Decreasing to 23 sts on either side at neck edge)

Live shoulder sts on holders

Back section:

Decreased every other row arm edges until it looked ok. Ended up having 75 sts across the back.

Row 27 k23, BO 29, k 23.

Continued knitting each shoulder separately for 7 more rows each side.

Live shoulder sts on holders.

Grafted shoulders together.

Picked up neck edge sts. Knit 2 rows. Next row decreased after every 10th st.

After decreasing on neck, suddenly decided on an i-cord bo. Sz US11 for i-cord.

Blocked to 46” /117cm chest x 15.5”/39cm back length.

Added a few rows of matching elastic thread to inside of back hem. Draws it in a bit since it decided it wanted to flare out.

Picked up stitches and added a chunk of grey at the hem to go with another outfit.
