Stretchy bind off for brioche stitch makes the bottom splay/fan out. Using smaller bind-off needles than the rest of the brioche may help.

US5 needles : Going from the body toward neck edge:
(K 1 row, P 1 row, K 4 rows, stretchy bind off). Will not use a stretchy bind-off in the future.

3/4 Sleeves 14” and only decreased to 62sts. Cuff - 9 rows K1P1 on US5 needles.

Same hanger. Neckline is definitely better after a single crochet line just under the purl row.
