Gauge in stockinette stitch
3,25 mm: unwashed 24 st/34 r, washed 24 st/38 r
3,50 mm: unwashed 23 st/33 r, washed 24 st/37 r

Like much more the fabric with 3,25 mm so will do some math while knitting.

Sunday 4th of September 2011:
While my swatches are still drying I started with the wonderful belly button CO for circular knitting and knitted the first chart this afternoon. I really missed lace knitting! Such a fun to knit! :-) The colour is much lighter; shot these pics in the dawn.

Tuesday 6th of September 2011: Halfway through 2nd chart. Still a joy of knitting.

Lace blocked while I was on vacation: 16” and the lace is too open for my taste, but I’ll leave it because the girls from my knitting group WMF said it’s fine. But my advice: Knit the lace with 2,75 mm and go perhaps up to 3 mm.

25.12.2011: Awaked it. :-) Top and bottom part of back is knitted with 120 rows. Added 17 st. ( = in total 49 st.) to bottom part and I have to admit that I’m a loose knitter.

08.01.2012: I’m in the both fronts, opened the armholes and sew the upper and lower backpart to the lace pannel. Very good video-tutorial for seaming.

10.04.2012: Took this out of hibernation again. Right front almost done with some more inches.

25.01.2014: Frogged due to shape.
