A crazy huge ghost made with a super-super-bulky novelty chenille yarn, Ci Piace from Filatura di Crosa. I have no idea if it is still available, but I know the shop I got it from bought it as a closeout from their distributor, so it might be discontinued… No hook, this yarn is so big I just crocheted with my fingers!

I used my Ghostiecake amigurumi pattern, omitting the arms and reducing the body just a few stitches and rows due to the limited quantity of yarn I had - there were 70 skeins, but each one only made 20 stitches!

Improvised some eyes using a 4.5mm hook and yellow and black yarns from my stash, and stuffed with a combination of beanbag beans and fibre fill.

Before I crocheted the bumps on the bottom of the body it was so big I could kneel down and pull it over me right to the floor! It was very, very warm in there…
