For the Fat Squirrel Speaks Podcast’s Orange KAL. I made myself some SUPER ORANGE yarn! Hermione Weasley socks, because it’s the Hermione pattern and they’re ginger, you see ;)

I made the leg 72st around, then reduced to the pattern circumference of 64st by doing extra gusset decreases. This was over compensation for my slightly chunky legs, they’re quite loose, probably should have just done 68st… otherwise knit to pattern, apart from my usual star toe.

UPDATE: These were really Just Too Big and after standing in some dye (don’t dye in hand knit socks, you nuggetbrain!) I binned them. Boo.
