Plain stockinette socks with an afterthought heel.

Knitted using a series of three self-striping skeins I dyed - the first alternates pink/green, the second green/aqua, and the third aqua/blue. I wish I’d made the blue a little darker for contrast but as a proof of concept I really like the result.

They are very definitely fraternal twins in the heel area - I did those out of leftovers, so the colours don’t match, and I was experimenting with different types of afterthought shaping so the knitting isn’t the same either. I’m on my way to something that works well for me, but need to do another pair to refine my technique!
