Notes

This puffy handspun really wanted to be knit in plain stockinette, so I made a super simple hat with a cable cast on, 2x2 ribbing, and some segmented decreases at the top.

The result was pretty boring, so I embroidered on it - no particular pattern or plan, just doing different stitches with each scrap yarn as the mood took me. The lazy daisy flowers are Cascade 220 in Summer Sky Heather, the green straight stitches are Skeinz Vintage in Tapestry & the running stitch borders are Cascade 220 in Westpoint Blue Heather.
