I knitted my own heel and toe, and worked toe up, so the pattern was really only used for the lace chart :)

Willow is 7 so for a medium-ish child size I started with a foot circumference of 44st, increased quite a lot through the foot with an under-foot gusset, and made the leg circumference 55st.

Toes and cuffs are Staple Sock #12, heels are Knitters Nightmare (just the red stripes from the sequence), and the main parts are Noodle Sock sock blank.
