Main yarn is an MCN I dyed semi-solid charcoal grey, the Skeinz Harvest was used for the green stripes.

Cable cast-on of 104st for generous sizing, then one decrease round of *k11, k2tog* repeated soon after starting the stockinette portion to bring it back to the adult stitch count.

Otherwise knit as per pattern, though I did muck up the ribbing changes through not reading the instructions closely enough (oops) so my hat has 4x4 ribbing using MC then CC, 2x2 ribbing using MC then CC, 1x1 ribbing using MC then CC, then the stockinette is all in the MC. I think the original looks a smidge better but I wasn’t going to frog the whole thing :)
