My Modifications (to fit an iTouch):

1) Cast on 18 stitches with US 5/3.75mm needles
2) 42 rows stockinette “pastry” in tan
3) 29 rows intarsia “frosting” in pink. 14 stitches of pink with 2 stitches of tan on each edge
4) 5 rows stockinette “pastry” in tan
5) Block and steam piece before sewing on beads and whip stitching edges together. So much easier to sew beads on before stitching up the sides! And easier to see where to put the needle when whip stitching when the sides aren’t curling up.

Note: The size 11 beads I originally planned on using were too small and kept popping through the holes of the finished knitting. Worried they might scratch the device inside so switched to bigger size 8 beads. Problem solved.
