This was crocheted during my desert vacation, which was my first time being in the United States in over six months. I was really impressed with the Caron Simply Soft, which I had never tried before, but this pattern really brings out the prettiness of the yarn.

I call it Mirage not only because I was in the desert, but also because I was in Vegas, baby!!

The only mod I made was chaining seven for the band, and working 6 flscs per row for the band. It makes a smaller band.
