No modifications except:

• longer body (I worked until I almost run out of yarn)
• the same bind off in the body like
  pattern suggests for sleeve cuffs

I knit the fourth size (45.5 “) but on smaller needles.

Love the outcome! Wonderful, wearable and casual, with great and clever construction.
