Salvaging the toe from my frogged Chimaera socks and using the Fish Lips Kiss Heel.

Texture pattern: little boxes (pg 25, The Knit Stitch Pattern Handbook), starting with row 3, column 3.

Pattern is multiple of 3, increase toe to 69 stitches. (Use TechKnitter’s invisible increase at the center of the top of the toe for the increase from 68 to 69.)

3x3 ribbed cuff. Doesn’t perfectly line up (69 is divisible by 3 but not 6), but close enough for me.

Note to self: use bigger needles next time! Or work on yarn death grip… 11 sts/in is killing my hands…
