• Needles: CG IC mini, 40” for cast on and 9” after toe increases
• Split skein in half by weight before starting
• Not doing first sock BO til I finish second sock to ensure lengths match

• EZ’s sewn bind off, though in the future I would be interested in trying the kitchener stitch bind off, modified for 2x2 rib (I tried to mod the invisible sewn ribbed bind off myself and epically failed, and didn’t find this post until after I finished the EZ BO)

After my last mega-fail socks, I’m going to go simpler and just follow a pattern as-written instead of trying to do a ridiculously customized sock. Maybe lack of knitting a gauge swatch will bite me, but I just want something to knit while traveling.
