(Using one ply at a time from yarn.)
- Cast on 120.
- 2x2 ribbing for six inches
- For each knit stitch in the next row, pick up one stitch from the cast-on (from the same column of stitches) and knit together with the stitch on the needle. k56 m1R k2 m1R k4 m1L k2 m1L k56 (124 st total)
- Center chart in the center of row, everything else is stockinette.
- When legwarmer is six inches long, increase two stitches per three rows for six increase rows. (136 st total)
- Add in a pair of short rows at 13 inches.
- At 14 inches: increase two stitches per three rows for six increase rows total (148 st total, 12 st increased)
- When long enough, knit six inches of ribbing, fold ribbing over, trap elastic, bind off.
- Reverse cable chart for second legwarmer.

Uh. Not sure what to do. Will continue and hope, because I was planning on tacking the ribbing to itself anyways, so

About five months later, have picked this up again and am working on it once more. Hope to have it done before running season starts.
