I needed a quick pattern to knit to test out my new Addi Click Natura bamboo US8 needles. (Ultimately, I like the tip of the needles and how smooth they are, but the join kept catching the yarn which quickly became annoying.) It probably would have gone better to use US7s, though, just to hide the stuffing better.

The pattern itself is kind of weird. Really easy and a great idea in theory but the way it seams is a bit too weird in real life. The seaming makes this 3D toy only have one good side. I don’t like how it goes together, honestly.

After I finished, I figured it’d be a good kitty toy (they aren’t too particular) so I showed it to the husband.

He thought I had knit testicles.

I threw it away.
