I have slightly stocky calves so, after some help, I’ve decided to knit the top part of the sock on a slightly larger size needle. I’ll switch to the US1.5 when I get to the foot portion. I started off with the US2 and it seems like it will work just right! Fingers crossed!

Dude, these are turning out way more colorful than anticipated. Honestly, it’s kinda awesome to watch what comes up. Though the yarn does remind me a bit of Dale of Norway Baby Ull, but with a slightly tighter twist.

All set on the leg part. Tomorrow I will switch to the US1.5 and begin the heel!

Heel flap! OMG, the cables on the heel flap are so freakin’ adorable! I did have to redo the little cables because I can’t tell the difference between right and left, but still, SO CUTE!

I HAVE SOCKS! They are so cute and looking down at my feet when I have them on makes me giggle maniacally. Now I must block them before they are officially completed.
