I don’t actually have this pattern but I love the looks of the color blending so I’m doing a sock inspired by this pattern as my sock scraps are about to overwhelm me.

Half and half toe: 20/40/64
Switched to US1.5 on first plain knit round of Stranded Dyeworks yarn.
The needle switch is going to make the heel a little bit of an adventure. My normal heel (incorporating side stitches) will likely be too big done with a larger needle. So I’m going to only use 2 instead of 3 extra stitches.
Short row heel over 36 sts, 12/12/12, begun on the front half of first plain knit round with Hedgehog.
After second Mothy, switched to WSK for cuff. One rnd of plain knitting after the transition, then switched back to US1 for 10 rnds of 2/2 ribbing.

I’m not having fun with these. I think because I’m never a huge fan of colorwork, but revealing the picture pattern keeps me going. This has no images to reveal through knitting. So it’s a bit of a slog for me. I’m going to make these into shorty socks.
