Going to attempt tabi socks. Based on previous socks, I’m thinking 60 sts total. Using the above pattern to figure out the best way to join the toes.

Both socks have the toe pockets all done. There must be a better, less fiddly way to do the toes.

I inserted a 6 sts gusset and it almost isn’t enough. This yarn is a bit stiffer than I’m used to, I think. Hopefully it will relax a little after blocking (as socks seem to).

One down, one to go! Only 15 rounds and a bind off left in the second sock. These are ridiculously awesome. Or awesomely ridiculous. Yeah, probably that second one.

And done! I LOVE THEM! And they are perfect for my sandals - the reason I was making tabi. Just in time for the sock-less months of summer!
