There’s no way this moth is naturally colored considering the colors I’ve chosen, but I hope he’s still cute.

I blocked the wings before attaching them.

I don’t have black yarn in the right size so instead I used buttons for the eyes.

I don’t have feathers, have no idea where to get feathers and, since I don’t think I’ll just be able to buy two feathers, I’m not going to worry about getting feathers. So I used embroidery thread. It was a bit of a challenge to make his eyebrows happy and not evil, but I think I did it.

And I don’t have pipe cleaners so I’m going to do i-cord and shape them like in my crawfish project. Also, I still have no black yarn in the right side so I’m using teal. I think it will blend better than black would have.

I added a little loop of embroidery thread to give him a nose and tacked the wings down a tad and he’s all done! I think he looks happy tucked into my yarn!
