I just broke out some Christmas soap and I love it - but it’s so freaking slippery, I ended up dropping it three times in one shower. And we all know that you don’t want to drop the soap.

So I decided, I needed a little sock soap. But I wanted something that had some holes to make it easier for it to lather. And I didn’t want it to felt (because that mass swapping soaps a little harder) so no wool. Which leaves cotton. But I don’t like how stretched out one-piece cotton soap bags can get. So this is made out of two pieces seamed together to hopefully counteract that. Also because of the amount it will stretch, I made this a little snug over the soap so it will be a good fit when wet, not gianormous.

The husband’s fish soap sock died earlier this week, so I’ve made him a new sock, this one cotton with more holes than the fishie. He chose yellow and green, so I decided to make it striped.
