I want to make this yarn into a sweater but I’m having such issues actually making it happen! Take three!

After measuring, math and casting on, I have realized that I am basically knitting a second Brick. Well, I do love my first one so I might as well embrace it. I did move two of the back stitches to the arms since all my sweaters require deeper shoulders than what patterns seem to dictates. Hopefully that will make enough of a difference. Maybe not.

33” around = 70 back sts
Likely will increase arms a bit, aiming for the next size up = 55.

For fingering weight yarn accents, using a US2.5, I will need to pick up 3 sts for every 2 done with the DK.

Decreasing in 1/1 rib, work decreases in pairs. After a p st, do a ssk followed by p2tog.

All finished! I need to block it and then weather needs to be cold enough to actually wear it! I used every inch of the Queensland yarn and had to finish off with the Claudia for edges and to make the sleeves long enough. But everything worked out great - just the right length and I think it turned out really cute! It took three incarnations to get a sweater out of this yarn that worked but I’m super pleased with the final result!

Blocked and dry. There was lots of lovely relaxing during blocking and I love the end result so very much. This is going to be a well loved sweater!
