Made that bag two years ago and after unsuccessful felting it had been used for long time as a laundry bag. It was such a shame to waste a good piece of wool so I wanted to try again with felting, in higher temperature, so put into washing machine in 60 degrees with 2 pairs old jeans and ta-daa! Finally done!
I did not like the original tube-shape of this bag, so I made some modifications with the bottom, in my opinion successfully, doing more flat-shape bag.
The size of bag has decreased in over 50% as a result of felting, probably due to the size of needles, I think.
