Followed these instructions exactly:

CO 16 sts in the round, join.
K 3 rnds even.
Begin raglan incs: Kfb, K1, Kfb twice, K3, Kfb twice, K1, Kfb twice, K3, Kfb.
K 1 rnd even.
Work these two rnds three more times (stitch increments between increases will increase by two each time), finishing with 1 rnd even: 48 sts.
Put sleeve sts on holders (11 sts per).
Work main body (26 sts total, 13 on each side) in the round for 22-23 rnds from the cast-on edge (not from the sleeve split).
P 1 rnd.
BO in knit.
Sleeves: pick up 11 sts from holders and K in the rnd for 19-20 rnds from the cast-on edge.
P 1 rnd.
BO in knit.
Weave in ends, sewing up underarm holes.
