I decided to make this beret when I saw this finished project
My only problem with directions was that I was supposed to pick up 90 sts. for my head circumference with this gauge and smallest needles. Maybe my head is abnormally big, I don’t know, but I had to restart with 120 sts. and it was barely enough. Otherwise - just followed directions, which are extremely detailed (12 pages for a simple knit in the round stockinette hat). Felted in washing machine.
The yarn is great - very nice and even, much softer than I expected.
