This hat… Where do I start? First, I love Michelle Wang’s patterns - they are whimsical, fascinating, absorbing, unusual, engaging, stimulating, did I forget anything? This one was just very (VERY) difficult + the yarn wasn’t cooperating. I made a sweater for my daughter from this yarn last year, and I had about two balls of leftovers that I thought would do as a nice hat. Yet, the yarn would split and slide from the needles all the time making the process painful and not really enjoyable.
