it’s about time I crack this garment phobia…. my friend gave me a bag of lovely yarn she had given up on and ripped out, aran weight, so am making this for her daughter! (so technically not my Deep Stash, but it was bought several years ago!)

body slightly longer, after final increase I worked 10 rows and finished a ball.

sleeve 1 has 59 sts to avoid holes. Decreased to 45sts, then 16 more rds, plus rpt of collar at cuff edge

sleeve 1 is finished but still has some yarn attached, in case it needs adjusting….

thumb currently a bit sore, I need to give this a rest, as I think the heavier yarn and thicker needles aggravate the pain ;0(

grrr so close to finishing, having extended this a wee bit, I didn’t spot that I only bought 7 toggles so now need another packet as I have 8!! buttonholes ;0(

also made a cowl with remaining yarn for those days when a wide neckline is too wide
