There was a tie between Punching Bunnies and Cursing Bunnies, so I think I will go with Cursing Bunnies and use Punching Bunnies for something else

Worked the Setup on #7 needles.

When switching colors I carried the unused color behind the first stitch of ever row (so knit 1, wrap unused yarn around working yarn, continue knitting).

In section 2 I found it helpful to place markers after every repeat on the increase rounds - that’s a lot of counting to keep track of across a long row. I dropped the markers an the next row.

BO knitwise with #8 needles.

Once it was off the needles I thought it was WAY too small - like it was a glorified scarf, not even a shawl. Once blocked it turned out to be a nice small-shawl size, very comfortable and not too tiny at all.

I wet-blocked and used flexible lace wires to maintain the curve of the top edge and facilitate smooth waves on the bottom edge. Since it’s so lacy and the yarn is all wool and no cashmere, this did not suffer from the stuffy blocking house and dried quickly regardless.
