This version is longer — hip length this time (the first was more high-hip) — for a bit of extra coziness and that flattering, elongated silhouette. Also, I added some cute little popcorns to disguise the ladders where the lozenges meet (you might’ve noticed them on the first oatmeal sample), and I simplified the neck edging from double rib to a single one.

The yarn? A true treasure from the depths of my stash — Jaeger Roma, a dreamy blend of viscose, angora, and nylon in this soft cocoa shade. So much joy in giving this old yarn new life.

Sometimes it takes a 2nd/3rd/N… try to get a design just right — and that’s totally okay. Every stitch teaches something new, and that’s exactly why I love knitting — it never stops surprising me!
