My first project using DPNs!

Once I got the hang of the double points he was really pretty easy to make. I did make a few mistakes which resulted in a small hole in his belly and a bunch of holes in his butt. Luckily, once I was taught the magic of duplicate stitch, I was able to stitch those right up! His right eye is also a little crooked but that’s ok, he’s special :) I will be more careful next time I use safety eyes.

I wound up buying the MochiMochi knitting book after looking at more of her patterns. Every one of them makes me want to squee with joy!
