This bag was originally for my niece but I wound up making it for my mom instead. I was originally disappointed with this yarn because it was so much thinner than the yarn I bought from JoAnn. I added an extra repeat and made it a bit deeper in order to make up for the size difference. In the end I’m not sure that I really needed to. This yarn calls for a size 13 needle and I used a 15, so that may explain why. After I blocked it and compared it to the other bag I can see that it probably would have been the same size without the extra repeat. This one also looks nicer and more expensive than the bag I knit with the other yarn. It’s so soft too, definitely better than the acrylic! Oh well, lesson learned.
